Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Each hoodie is made to order and printed with care. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order is ready for shipment.

  • Delivery Time: Once your order is printed and dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

    • Karachi: 4-5 business days.
    • Nationwide (Pakistan): 7-9 business days.

Refund and Returns Policy

At Bad Boys Clothing, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom-made hoodies. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and full refunds in the following situations:

  1. Quality Issues: If you receive a product with defects or quality concerns, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

  2. Printing Errors: In the rare case of a printing error or a difference between the approved design and the final product, notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will organize a return and provide a full refund upon confirmation of the issue.

  3. Late Delivery: If your order is delivered more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery date (and not due to external factors outside our control), you may request a return and full refund.

Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you change your mind after the order is placed or if the product meets the specifications provided at the time of purchase.
  • Mistaken Orders: Orders placed by mistake cannot be refunded. Please double-check your order details before finalizing the purchase.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please include the original packing slip with the returned item. Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note, it may take an additional 7 days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
